Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and securely packed at our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan, within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email.
- Dispatch does not occur on Sundays or national holidays.
- During peak festive seasons or high-volume sales, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Delivery charges are automatically calculated via Shiprocket at checkout based on the package weight and your destination pin code.
- Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Deliveries to remote locations or non-metro areas may require additional transit time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Upon dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your Shiprocket tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of the package being handed over to the courier.
Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are completely accurate at checkout to prevent delivery failures. Reshipping an RTO package may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If a package appears tampered with or heavily damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
- If you discover damage to your jewelry after opening the package, an uncut unboxing video is strictly required within 48 hours of delivery to process a dispute and claim with Shiprocket.
