Once your order leaves our Jaipur studio, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can easily monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a strict 7-day return window for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. We will not accept any return requests after this 7-day period.
Why is an unboxing video mandatory?
To maintain transparency and ensure a fair process, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is required to prove the item arrived damaged. If no valid unboxing video is provided, we cannot process a return or refund under any circumstances.
What are the rules for a valid unboxing video?
The video must be unedited and begin before the sealed package is opened, clearly showing the original shipping label. It must capture the jewelry being removed from its internal packaging and clearly zoom in on the specific damage or defect—all in one continuous take.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and we receive the item back, the refund will be credited directly to your original method of payment via Razorpay. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Absolutely. All transactions are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your sensitive financial information on our servers.

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, keep them away from direct contact with water, perfumes, deodorants, and harsh chemicals. We recommend wearing your jewelry last when getting ready and storing it safely in a dry, airtight box or zip-lock pouch after use.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once dispatched from our Jaipur studio, average delivery times via Courier are:
- 1 to 3 business days within Rajasthan.
- 2 to 4 business days for major metro cities.
- 4 to 7 business days for the rest of India. (Please note that deliveries to remote areas or during peak festive seasons may take slightly longer.)
